Joanna Duncan leads service delivery for Onpoint, overseeing a multidisciplinary team of analysts, engineers, and project management professionals responsible for delivering high-quality data, insightful analyses, and excellent service to clients. Her team is responsible for providing a broad range of data integration and analytic services – from data intake and quality validation through analytic enhancement, reporting systems, custom analytics, and data access services. Dr. Duncan is a hands-on leader, serving as a resource to technical staff, project managers, and clients, helping translate our clients’ needs into project requirements and ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables. Dr. Duncan is responsible for driving process improvement across the organization, identifying areas for investigation, increased efficiency, and enhanced data quality.
Prior to joining Onpoint, Dr. Duncan served as Senior Scientist and Research Manager for a pollution control engineering company.
