Onpoint Launches New Self-Service Reporting in Onpoint CDM
This week, Onpoint Health Data is launching exciting new enhancements to our Onpoint CDM portal. As of today, client users will have access to self-service reporting that will give them immediate, on-demand access to valuable data insights, empowering them to answer key questions about data submissions to their data collection initiative.
The first enhancement enables users to create custom registration reports directly within Onpoint CDM. With this new functionality, clients can monitor real-time registration metrics, such as the number of registrations started, submitted, or approved. Additionally, they will be able to differentiate between returning submitters and those new to the data collection process—offering a clear view of submitter engagement and progress throughout the registration cycle. The report interface is flexible and can be customized to meet specific client needs using intuitive filters.
Following the registration reporting, Onpoint will release self-service variance reporting, giving clients the ability to track and analyze aggregated variance data. These reports will help users answer important questions, including:
- How many variances are submitted each month?
- What is the approval rate for variances?
- Which submitters request the most variances?
- Which data fields see the highest number of variance requests?
This new functionality reflects Onpoint’s commitment to providing powerful tools that improve transparency and enable more efficient data operations, as well as our dedication to continually enhancing our products. And this is only the beginning – these two reports are part of a larger suite of self-service reporting that will be rolled out in the coming months.
Stay tuned for more updates. In the meantime, please reach out to us at information@onpointhealthdata.org for more details.
